How do you find your deals?
We monitor hundreds of airlines, booking platforms and travel operators daily — including Aviasales, Skyscanner, Trip.com, Kiwi.com and Booking.com. When we spot a price that’s significantly below average, we verify it, check availability and publish it. Every deal is checked manually before it goes live.
Why are the prices so low?
Airlines and hotels regularly release discounted inventory to fill unsold seats and rooms — especially during flash sales, off-peak periods or when they load new schedules. We track these in real time. The prices are real and available to anyone — we just find them faster.
Are all deals available from the UK?
Yes — always. Every deal on BackpackYourDreams departs from a UK airport. We only publish deals available from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle or Leeds Bradford. We never post deals from US or European hubs.
How long do deals last?
It varies. Flash sale fares can sell out within hours. Package deals sometimes last a few days. We always include the travel dates in each deal post so you know the timeframe. If you see something you like, act quickly — we can’t guarantee prices will still be available by the time you click.
Do you post deals year-round?
Yes — we post new deals every week throughout the year. Some of the best deals actually appear in January and February when airlines load their summer schedules and competition for bookings is high.
Can I suggest a deal or destination?
Absolutely — we love hearing from our readers. If you spot a great deal or want us to cover a specific destination, get in touch at office@backpackyourdreams.com.

💰 Prices & Booking

Why has the price changed since you published the deal?
Flight and hotel prices change in real time based on demand and availability. We publish deals as soon as we spot them, but we cannot freeze prices — they are set by the airlines and hotels, not by us. If the price has increased, it may still be a good deal compared to other dates. Try adjusting your travel dates by a day or two for the best price.
Is the price shown per person or total?
All prices shown on BackpackYourDreams are per person, based on two people travelling and sharing a room, unless stated otherwise. Always check the final price at checkout before confirming your booking.
Are taxes and fees included in the price?
We always try to show the total price including taxes. However, some booking platforms add luggage fees, seat selection charges or other extras at checkout. Always read the full breakdown before confirming — especially with budget airlines like Ryanair and easyJet.
Do I book directly with you?
No — we are not a travel agent. When you click a “Book Now” button, you are taken directly to the airline, hotel or booking platform (such as Aviasales, Trip.com or Booking.com). You book and pay directly with them. We simply help you find the deal.
What if something goes wrong with my booking?
As we are not the booking agent, any issues with your reservation (cancellations, changes, refunds) must be handled directly with the airline or hotel you booked with. We always recommend taking out travel insurance to protect your booking. We partner with Ekta travel insurance for comprehensive cover.
Do I need a visa to travel to these destinations?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. As a UK passport holder, you can visit most European countries without a visa. For long-haul destinations, always check the official UK government travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before booking.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
Simply enter your email address on our Newsletter page or in the signup form at the bottom of any page. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to confirm your subscription.
How often will I receive emails?
We send a regular deals digest twice a week — on Tuesdays and Fridays. We also send occasional flash sale alerts when a genuinely unmissable deal appears. We never send unnecessary emails.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from our list immediately — no questions asked. You can also email us at office@backpackyourdreams.com and we will remove you manually.
Will you share my email with anyone?
Never. We will not sell, share or rent your email address to any third party. Your data is stored securely and used only to send you the newsletter you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I signed up but haven’t received anything — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails occasionally end up there. Add office@backpackyourdreams.com to your contacts to prevent this. If you still haven’t received anything after 48 hours, email us and we will check your subscription.

How does BackpackYourDreams make money?
BackpackYourDreams is free to use. We earn money through affiliate partnerships — when you book a flight, hotel or activity through one of our links, the booking platform pays us a small commission. This costs you nothing extra. You pay exactly the same price as booking directly.
Does using your links cost me more?
No — never. The commission comes from the booking platform’s marketing budget, not from your pocket. The price you pay is identical whether you use our link or go directly to the platform’s website.
Which affiliate partners do you work with?

Do you only recommend deals that pay you commission?
No. We feature deals based purely on value to you — not on commission rates. Sometimes the best deal pays us nothing and we still publish it, because our readers’ trust is more important than any individual commission.

Yes — we only link to established, reputable booking platforms such as Aviasales, Trip.com, Booking.com, Kiwi.com and Skyscanner. These are used by millions of travellers worldwide and have secure payment systems. Always look for HTTPS in the browser address bar when entering payment details.
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes — always. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance for every trip, regardless of destination. It protects you against cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage and more. Compare travel insurance policies through our partner Ekta.
Is my personal data safe on your site?
